Cassem, Tierney, Adams, Gotch & Douglas is pleased to announce that Dennis R. Riekenberg has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).
Dennis R. Riekenberg joined the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1989. Mr. Riekenberg tried civil bench and jury matters before devoting his time to assisting clients with workers’ compensation matters in 1989. Mr. Riekenberg has tried countless matters before the Compensation Court and has argued a number of complex issues at the appellate level. He was inducted into the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers in 2017. Mr. Riekenberg expanded his practice to include assisting litigants as a mediator in 2015, and has mediated well over 100 workers’ compensation matters in that last five years.
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators.
